Welcome to Innerspace

The ethos behind innerspace is to bring a little more space into your life, to bring a healthier balance to your overall wellbeing. To give you the space to learn about yourself, your body and mind. Giving you space to unwind and relax from your daily routine. Space to be inspired through Yoga and Pilates classes. Space to experience something exquisitely different. 

April Thrush offers Yoga Classes in Faringdon, Oxfordshire and Swindon, Wiltshire.

We run all of our classes on a 5 week cycle. However you are more than welcome to join us at any stage during the 5 weeks.

September Yoga Courses are now nearly full!

New Beginner's Yoga Course: Starts Tuesday 2nd Sept | 7:00 - 8:15pm, spaces left or Thursday 7-8:15pm spaces left. All other classes are full.
